By accessing or purchasing on ATW Live you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
ATW Live provides professional live streaming production, pay-per-view ticketing, and video-on-demand access. Event access is granted per device and is non-transferable.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. ATW Live does not store card details. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise. For diaspora clients, equivalent USD/GBP/EUR may apply as advertised.
PPV tickets are device-bound and expire 48 hours from the time of issue. Streamer plan access runs for one (1) year from activation. Tokens cannot be transferred to another device or shared with others.
You agree not to record, redistribute, or re-broadcast any content streamed on this platform. Violation may result in immediate access revocation without refund and potential legal action.
ATW Live does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled events may be cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled by organisers. Refunds in such cases are governed by the Refund Policy below.
All content streamed on ATW Live remains the intellectual property of the respective content owners. ATW Live retains rights over platform technology and branding.
ATW Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Data is stored on secured servers in Nigeria. We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with Paystack (payment processing) and Mux (video delivery) as necessary to fulfil your purchase.
You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@atwlive.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
We use browser localStorage only to remember your access token on your device. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Refunds for PPV tickets are available only if the event was cancelled by the organiser and has not been rescheduled within 30 days. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original scheduled date, with your Paystack reference, to hello@atwlive.com.
Subscription plans are non-refundable once issued, as access to the VOD library is granted immediately on payment.
Streamer plan purchases are non-refundable once the plan token is issued and portal access is granted. If you have not yet used your plan, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss options.
If you were unable to access a paid event due to a verified technical fault on our platform (not your internet connection), a full refund or access credit will be issued at our discretion following investigation.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Paystack's own processing may add 2–3 days.

Once a PPV ticket is purchased and an access token issued, the order cannot be cancelled. The token grants immediate, device-bound access to the stream and is non-transferable.
Subscriptions are one-time annual purchases and cannot be cancelled mid-term. Access continues until the stated expiry date shown at the time of purchase.
Streamer plans run for one (1) year from activation. Plans cannot be cancelled, downgraded, or transferred once active. Unused streaming hours do not carry over to a new term.
If an event organiser cancels a scheduled event, ATW Live will notify all ticket holders by email as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds or access credits will be issued per our Refund Policy above.
ATW Live reserves the right to cancel or restrict access where there is evidence of breach of our Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Acceptable Use policy. In such cases refunds are not guaranteed.
