Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ATW Live (atwlive.com) and purchasing event tickets or booking services, you agree to these terms. ATW Live is operated by Advanced Teamworks Limited, Abuja, Nigeria.

2. Event Tickets & PPV Access

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled by the organiser
• Stream access links are personal and must not be shared
• We reserve the right to revoke access for breach of these terms
• Replay availability (where offered) is limited to the period stated at purchase

3. B2B Services

B2B streaming services are governed by the specific proposal and invoice agreed between ATW Live and the client. A deposit is required to confirm any booking. Cancellation policy and refund terms are stated in each individual agreement.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or as stated at checkout. International currencies are converted at prevailing exchange rates. ATW Live is not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees.

5. Content

All content streamed on ATW Live is either owned by ATW Live, licensed for broadcast, or provided by the event organiser. Unauthorised recording, redistribution, or piracy of streamed content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

ATW Live's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers or internet connectivity issues.
